Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During this time, we carefully prepare and package your items to ensure safe delivery. Due to the fragile nature of handmade ceramics, additional protective packaging may be used, which can affect box size and shipping method. Processing times are subject to change without notice, particularly during high-demand periods or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order.


For items marked as free shipping, the carrier and service level are selected by us based on the item’s size, weight, and packaging requirements. Carrier selection is not available for free shipping items.


For orders containing both free shipping and non-free-shipping items, the shipping method selected at checkout applies only to items that require paid shipping. Free shipping items may ship separately and may use a different carrier or service level.


Contiguous U.S.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Expedited shipping rates are also calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.


Non-Contiguous U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Orders to these locations are not eligible for flat-rate or free shipping offers.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship using USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Estimated delivery times for economy shipping are typically 3–8 business days for the contiguous United States. Delivery times for non-contiguous U.S. regions may vary.


Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.


Package Security & Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, our ability to assist may be limited. In such cases, any replacement costs and applicable reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.


We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Damage occurring after delivery confirmation, including handling after receipt, is not considered transit damage. To help ensure a safe delivery, we recommend using a secure shipping address and inspecting your package upon delivery before discarding any packaging materials.


If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting your local law enforcement for further assistance.


Holiday Closures & Closed Days

Orders are not processed on federally observed holidays. For up-to-date information on holidays, closures, special events, or changes to our operating hours, please refer to our Google business page.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including all states and select U.S. territories.


Shipping Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, high carrier volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Additional Notes

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.


Some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address when possible.


Freight Forwarders & Third-Party Reshippers

Orders shipped to freight forwarders or third-party reshipping services are accepted at the customer’s own risk. Once a package is marked as delivered to the freight forwarder, we are no longer responsible for loss, damage, or handling that occurs after delivery. Due to quality control limitations, damage claims for orders shipped via freight forwarders or third-party reshippers cannot be accommodated.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can assist you. All original packaging materials and the damaged item must be retained in their original condition until the issue is fully resolved. Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.


After initial contact, we may request additional information, including a description of the issue, photos of the item and packaging, and your order number, in order to properly assess the claim. Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement depending on the circumstances.
